We’re proud to be Surbiton’s much-loved local in the heart of the High Street, a 2-minute walk from Surbiton train station.
At the helm is Landlord Matt (yes, that Matt. The one who knows your order before you’ve even sat down), along with his warm and welcoming team who are all about community spirit, proper pints, and unforgettable get-togethers. Whether you’re catching up with friends in our beautiful bar area or booking one of our cosy bookable areas, you’ll find a laid-back, character-filled atmosphere that’s as inviting as a roaring fire on a rainy Sunday.
Now, let’s talk food. Head Chef Stefan’s menus are so good, they’re verging on legendary. Using the best local produce, expect flavour-packed classics, a whole host of comforting pies (we just know Victoria would have approved), and top-tier Sunday roasts that are complete with towering, double-yolk Yorkies (they actually defy physics).

Alpine Garden in Surbiton
We’ll be bringing some mountain magic to Surbiton this winter. Head to our alpine garden and tuck into a bite from our winter pop-up Victoria Peaks & the House of Fondue. You’ll find Pitchfork Cheddar Fondue, Bratwurst and loaded fries. Once you’ve got your fill there, pop up to the House of Nog for a whole host of Eggnog serves and hot toddies.
