1 – No hot cars or long journeys on public transport.
The worst part about going anywhere on a Bank Holiday is the other people doing the exact same thing. You arrive later than planned, feeling all hot and stressed from the journey… well guess what? Jubilee Weekend with us doesn’t!
Your local removes this stress with the ability to let you unwind and be safe in the knowledge that all the hard work will be done for you. 2 – No stressful planning.
All you have to do is book, rock up and order!
No maps or lugging food and drink about, or even having to worry about an unknown menu. You know we’re always going to have a great range of seasonal food and drinks with something for everyone on the menu. Head Chef Anton and the kitchen team will be cooking up a feast which is fit for royalty. (We will always try our best to accommodate walk-ins as well.)
3 – Cool events going on!
Your pub is ready for you with special food and drinks offers, music and much more throughout the day and into the evening.
We have a great selection of events on every day over Jubilee weekend, including a BBQ Banquet with a live DJ to kick off the 4 day weekend on the Thursday, afternoon tea which Queen Liz herself would relish in on the Friday & Saturday, with the Regal weekend ending on the Sunday with our Right Royal Quiz!

4 – Everyone is welcome.
We have something on for everyone to enjoy this Jubilee weekend down in Surbiton! From food and face painting for the kids, through to music and a long list of cocktails, beers and wines for the adults to enjoy. Whether there is 1 or 30 of you, our team is ready to make you have the best bumper Bank Holiday & Jubilee weekend you could imagine. (Bigger parties do require advanced booking.)
5 – Quickly in bed after a long but great day!
No having to cut the fun short to get back home or the stress of missing the last train. Staying local allows you to do what you want, when you want, without constantly having to worry about those things you can’t control… For example, we will be open until 1am on the Bank Holiday weekend… I think the only thing left to say is cheers Liz!
